Lord Brahma imparts transcendental knowledge to Narada Muni (for Bhagavad Gita), by Rudradeva das. Iskcon devotional art

Rudradeva says: Second in the series for the huge Bhagavad-gita, this scene nicely represents chapter 4's theme, which is transcendental knowledge. Here we see Narada Muni seated on a high hilltop clearing, in a remote mountainous region, with his ever-present musical vina. Creator of the universe, and direct expansion of Lord Vishnu, Lord Brahma appears to him in a transcendental vision, and enlightens Narada about the creation of the universe, and the position of all the various living entities and life-forms within it.
